PocketCrew

Build an AI office on a GitHub repository

PocketCrew turns one private GitHub repository into a pixel-art office. You leave instructions there, Claude Code does the work on your own Claude plan, and the office shows who is working on what.

You need a GitHub account and a Claude Pro (or higher) plan. There is no PocketCrew server: the app runs in your browser and talks to GitHub directly, so your office lives in a repository you own.

  1. Look around the free demo

The demo opens a finished office with no sign-up. You can add a floor and place rooms. Nothing is saved or run in the demo.

  2. Create your office repository from the template

Enter your GitHub username. PocketCrew opens GitHub's "create from template" page with the name filled in and Private selected. You press the green Create repository button. PocketCrew never creates repositories itself, so it never needs access to your other repositories.

  3. Enter your license key

A real office is a one-time purchase. You enter the key you received once, in that browser.

  4. Connect a token for that one repository

The token page opens with the name, permission and expiry filled in. You choose your office repository under Only select repositories and paste the token back. Details: a GitHub token for one repository only.

  5. Name your team and pick your crew

Choose a team name and the roles you want to start with. PocketCrew writes the office files to your repository. If that repository already has an office, it is kept as is.

  6. Leave an instruction and open Claude Code

Type an instruction in your office, then press Open in Claude Code. Claude reads the office guide in the repository, does the work, updates the crew status and pushes. Back in PocketCrew, the office shows the new state.

It is not real time. Work runs only when you open the repository in Claude Code. If an instruction has been waiting for a while, the office reminds you.
