How it works
Three steps, and then it's a loop: leave an instruction → let Claude Code handle it → check your office.
Set up your office
Start from the PocketCrew template to create your office repository on GitHub (it's set to private for you), then give PocketCrew a token for that one repository only. Pick a team name and the crew you want to hire.
Leave an instruction
Type what you need in your office — say, "Compare our top 3 competitors in a table." PocketCrew saves it to your repository's instruction log and marks it as waiting.
Open it in Claude Code
One button opens your repository in Claude Code. Claude reads the office guide and the instruction, does the work, saves the results in your repository, updates which crew member is working on what, and pushes. Come back to PocketCrew and your office shows the new state.
Nothing happens until you open Claude Code — that's when the work runs, on your Claude plan. If an instruction has been waiting a while, your office reminds you.
